Who uses Workspace day-to-day?
Three primary roles: SOC analysts (managing detections, triage, hunts), cloud/network engineers (managing posture, capacity, change), and CISOs/CIOs (executive dashboards, compliance status, risk metrics). Each role has a tailored workspace; the underlying data is the same.
Can I customize Workspace dashboards?
Yes. The Workspace query language is exposed via a query builder UI and API. Custom dashboards can be authored per role or per individual. Common customizations are saved as workspace templates that can be shared across the team.
Does Workspace support mobile access for on-call analysts?
Yes. Workspace is responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Critical on-call workflows (alert triage, containment approval, status updates) are mobile-optimized. Full-fidelity dashboards still benefit from larger screens.
